By accessing or using BlueDrip ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
BlueDrip is a macOS desktop application that enables AI-personalized iMessage drip sequences. The Software runs locally on your machine and does not transmit your contacts or message history to external servers.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use BlueDrip. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BlueDrip for your personal or business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Software.

Access to BlueDrip may require a paid subscription or membership. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
BlueDrip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueDrip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
We may suspend or terminate your access to BlueDrip at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BlueDrip after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
